I am a runner now, but will never be fast. My first 5k in oct 2011 was 34:48. I trained all winter and am now around 32:00. I don't let it bother me that I am slow and cannot get under 30:00. I feel happy that 1 year ago I could not run and now I can do up to 10k. Do what is best for your age and body.

If you drink, watch the all inclusive drinks for adding sugar. Stay to low cal drinks and you won't get hidden calories when they add simple syrup or even sweetened milk which some do. Enjoy your vacation and use it for added motivation before and when you get back.

4 oz tequila 2 tsp crystal light powder 2 cans diet Sprite/diet 7-UP or Sprite zero 4 limes 2 cups water In a small pitcher, squeeze limes over ice. Add all other ingredients. Can be doubled to make a large pitcher. (Only calories come from tequila.)
