I'm on day 22 of PiYo. I felt the same way at first. But trust me it gets better. Plus you can always double up on the workout if you feel it's not enough. I sweat as much as I would in hot yoga!

Single mother of two boys. 8y/o and 2 y/o 4am wake up and workout to Jillian Michaels dvds 5am shower and get myself ready, eat 6am get boys up and ready 7am leave the house and drop the boys off 8-5 work 5:30 get my boys and spend the rest of the evening with them. 9-10 be in bed and start over :-)

I had the FitBit ultra. I loved it. But lost it. Will not be getting a new one. They are so easy to lose. But it was really motivating when I saw my flower grow:-)

Hello, I'm a single mother of an 8 y/o and a 2 y/o boys. I have to wake up at 4am and get my workouts in while they are still sleeping before work. I do workout dvds. That way I can spend my evenings with them. :-) Jillian Michaels dvds are great because they are mostly 30 minutes long. They're fun so I don't dread it.

I use to do that.... Messed with my head. So now I do it the first of every month.
