Hey! Sorry I've been gone for ages, hope everyone is doing well. I've put on some weight since the last weigh in (had an exam season, not great) and I'm trying to get back on track. I rely really heavily on comfort food... I hope I can get it together and figure out a way to fit into the dress by the wedding.

Cocktails and wine with friends are worth it! Last week: 78.5 kg This week: 76.6 kg Progress! I think it was my clever trick of not bingeing and gaining back the weight I lost. Water intake is up. Goal for next week is to get to gym more than once and to try to cut down on sugar.

Back to the gym this morning! Grateful that my friend is there to motivate me to wake up and go... woke up at 6:20 am, was very proud of not turning the alarm off in my sleep and smugly napped until my second alarm at 6:30 am ... woke up, closed my eyes "for a minute" and woke up when the phone buzzed at 6:59 am when my…

How many hours of sleep do you get a night? I find that when I exercise in the mornings, I hit the wall pretty hard in the late afternoon, too. I don't really know what to do about it - I just slow down, absorb ideas slower and go a little daft. It's not the best time to be in school, but I'm a part-time student so...…

Cheers, well done on the non-scale victory, @evelynwhitelaw! I'm back at work (it's already Saturday here) but I'm with you on the weekend issue! Not sure what to do really, except to keep reminding myself that having what one wants means taking the whole package: wanting to overeat comes with wanting to be that much less…

It's Saturday here. Starting weight: 78.6 Current weight: 78.5 No progress as of yet, except I managed to gain and lose about 4 kilos in that time... I was 79.9 yesterday morning. Went back to exercise and salads yesterday and my body is clearly quite relieved. Well, back on the wagon now, still hoping to get to 60 kg!

@evelynwhitelaw True! Though the protein shake is oddly effective after the terrible taste. I feel like an addict in recovery a bit, you know? Like if I slip up I'll just go careening off the edge, and also like I've suddenly got a lot of time (previously spent binging and feeling bad about it) that I'm too tired and tense…

Hello all! I've been busily putting on weight. Exams and work, but mainly gratuitous self-indulgence. Crawled back on the wagon today, started the day with a workout and a foul-flavoured protein shake (I saw the brand described on Jezebel as tasting of muck from the forrest floor, mixed with garbage water and garnished…

Hello! Thanks so much for setting up the group! I'm studying and working. 25, in Hong Kong, and beloved of overeating in the late evening hours. Bridesmaid in August, trying to get down to a healthy weight from 79 kg, so that's about 19 kg. I'll try. SW: 78.8 (it's varied A LOT, so lets start with it as is) GW: 60

Hello, everyone! How should we do this? Should we stay accountable weekly? How about every Saturday? Opening weight: Weight: 78.5 kg Goal: just to head on down! 60 kg. If you guys are into it, we could post what we are now and weigh have our first weigh in on 13/2/2016

I cut it up into cubes and boil it with a little salt. Then get rid of the water, mash it, add into a pan with tomato-based pasta sauce (olive from Barillia works great), then enjoy. Butternut squash also works great with tuna.

youtube.com/divaslimsdown Platitudes don't help so I thought the real life experience of the youtube blogger above might help? something similar happened to her, but it was because she'd been weighing herself on carpet. She weighed a lot more than she thought she did too. Sorry for not being able to give the name of the…
