I'm also in that range. MFP has me set for 1210 Cal/day but I always try to eat back my exercise calories which lands me on a daily intake around 1300-1600 :) Add me :)

I weighed a tetra pack of chickpeas and noticed it was a little bit off. However, I found a little screw at the bottom where you are able to calibrate it! It works! I still don't know if I'll use it though, but it sure is pretty :)

I try to save up for the evenings pretty much every day. That way I know that if i want to snack a little, I can without going over my daily goal. Soups make great leftovers that can also be really low in cal if you want. My favorite leftover food is probably lasanga, really easy to make a lot, and tastes great re-heated! I also like to make salads with bulgur, doesn't even have to be re-heated. :)

I'd say swimming as well! I use a Me Luna menstural cup, and it works perfectly. I never have to worry about leakage or forgetting to buy tampons, or not being able to do certain things (like swimming). I don't want to sound like some sales person, but it's really a great option. It's also a lot better for both your wallet…

I use Runkeeper and am very happy with it. They have lots of training programmes ranging from 5k to marathons, but also others like the one I'm currenty on called "Running for fat loss". Syncs with MFP and has a great app and website. :smile:
