Silk is another good way to fill up for few calories... it's really good for you and they have different flavors if you don't like the taste. I put a yummy soothing tea and a packet of no calorie sweetener in mine.

In between meals, I get low calorie vegetable soup, and add a bunch of water and a veggie bouillon cube (I like the one Knorr makes) and sip on that to get myself all filled up with fluids. Joining a site like this is a good start - I've found that logging your calories - as accurately as you possibly can - helps tremendously... even if the foods are good for you, you may be eating too much of them. Calories are just units of energy... how much energy are you taking in versus how much is going out.…
