Did you just stop drinking caffine? I felt horrible for a week when I cut out caffine.

I prefer to run outside and don't really like running on a treadmill but have one for the same reason. I don't like running in the dark or the rain. It is nice to have the option to run indoors, especially when I am training for an event. I bought a ProForm 590 because it was reasonable priced ($600) and got good reviews…

I am 5'3" and my first goal is 130 (my pre-pregnancy weight) but ultimately I would like to get to 125. That is where I was 5 years ago and felt really good about my body then.

You may want to talk to your doctor about going on the diet for gestational diabetes as soon as you get pregnant. I had a friend who was in the same situation and that is what her doctor recommended. I think he recommended it to prevent gestational diabetes since she had a high likelyhood of having that during her…

I really like the Odwalla Chocolate Chip Peanut bars before a race. They are filling and have a good combo of carbs and protien.

I just had a baby and was told to eat 300 - 500 more calories than my normal maintenance mode. I just added a couple healthy snacks.

I had a trainer tell me that I should always try to replace (eat) half of the calories burned during exercise so that I am not starving my body but still getting the extra benefit of exercise. Seemed like a good, balanced approach.
