@arditarose I am not sure how long a maintenance break should be. I have been splurging for like a week now and all I feel is guilty. And eating unhealthy makes me crave more and more unhealthy foods. Maybe I am just going through a "phase".

Pretty much just count all the calories I eat. And i eat smaller portions (keeping in mind that my stomach is only the size of my fist) and i go to the gym, 3 days on 1 day off.

I would say that I eat no more than 1200 calories a day. And I have a food scale that I measure my meats with. I really only eat chicken and fruits and vegetables.
