  • I'm doing pretty well this week. I'm tracking everything I eat and keeping the carbs at or under my target. Looking for a decent number on the scale Friday (hopefully a pound or more).
  • Wednesday Track: Yes Under Calories: Yes Exercise: Not formally. Did some running around for my elderly parents. Goals/Day/Comments: Get up tomorrow morning and put on my walking shoes. I plan to get a 45 minute walk in first thing in the morning.

  • Working on getting better today. I've tracked everything I've eaten today (be it good or bad) and I'm coming 50 calories under. That's a win for me.
  • I keep missing the start of the next round so I decided to just jump in midstream and go with it. I'm starting my healthy eating journey tomorrow morning.   • leni1us Friday PW: 169.2 CW: 169.0 This past week we had Super Bowl Sunday and we had leftovers for a few days. I walked and tried to manage my eating. Glad I didn't gain and the house is now clear of all manner of junk and I'm ready for the new week.
  • Back on track after Super Bowl Sunday. I didn't go crazy but I did eat things I shouldn't have. Took a 45 minute walk yesterday to help offset some of the extra calories. Not sure if it helped with the calories but I felt great and ready to tackle the week.
