I'm going to try and finish January strong. It has not been a great month. A lot of stressful eating but I'm still tracking everything regardless. I'm in this for the long haul. Bring on February!

leni1us Friday PW: 169.6 CW: 170.0 I feel like I'm on a hamster wheel. I try not to stress out with everything going on around me because I tend to eat poorly and without thinking but eating makes me feel less stressed. I need to get it together if I ever plan to make any progress.

Today was a good day. I was right at my calories and I did not snack on any junk. Water is still an issue but I'm working on it, that's half the battle.
