Weigh in Day: Friday leni1us PW: 166.6 CW: 167.3 Sorry I'm a day late. I still haven't quite got my act together since getting back from vacation but I did weigh. I'm not happy with the results but it was probably much worse right after I got back. I'm back on track and hope to never see that number again.

I'm so sorry @jugar and team. We got back in town last Thursday and I totally got turned around on what day was what. I just realized I missed my Friday weigh-in. Please don't drop me from the group. leni1us Weigh-in day: Friday PW: 166.4 CW: 166.6 I'll take it. We were out of town and eating out always gets me. I really tried to watch what I ate. My goal was to just maintain and that's what I did (more or less). That's a win in my book.

Thanks @SavageMrsMoose. It is hard seeing your mom deteriorate over the years. Dementia is a terrible disease. Our goal is to make sure she feels loved and cared for even if she doesn't always know who we are.
