30 minutes of weight training today and I've been really trying to get my water in. I think I'm gonna be shy of a gallon but that's still better than most days.

I went to an hour long workout class this morning. My legs are like jello but I feel good. Calories and macros are on point so far. I really want to be 15 lbs lighter by the end of March. Send good vibes my way.

Got up this morning and took an hour walk. It felt good to move. I want to see a better number on the scale this Friday.

Daily post Jan 15 Track: Yes Exercise: No Calories: A bit over Much better day today. We went to dinner with some friends. I did well with the meal, steak and vegetables with a glass of red wine. However, I split a sticky toffee cake with my husband for dessert. That sent my over calories a bit.

Hi @jugar. I am going to be out of the country for the next 3 weeks. My next weigh day will be Friday, December 24. I really want to end the year on a high note so I'm going to be super diligent with tracking, walking and water.
