I've been sitting at the same weight for 3 weeks now. I'm hoping tomorrow's weigh in will show some movement. I've been tracking and I've upped my walking. I'd like to go into July a bit lower number.We'll see.

Thank you @PatriceFitnessPal . I'm glad to be helping the team because this team is really helping me. Everyone is on their own individual journey but we are all on the same road. It's a slow process but I know I'll get there - one day at a time.

For Monday, 5/17 Track: Yes Calories: Under Exercise: Yes. I started a fitness boot camp class Monday. It's only 30 minutes but it really gets you sweating. Goals/Plan: I plan to go to class tomorrow morning (Tuesday).

leni1us Friday PW: 159.4 CW: 157.4 I tried a couple of days of intermittent fasting this passed week plus upped by walking and water drinking. I think all together they helped me get rid of 2 more unwanted pounds.
