  • leni1us Week 3 Friday PW: 159.4 CW: 157.4 A solid two lbs this week. I decided to give intermittent fasting a try for three days this past week. I apparently helped. I also upped my walking and my water. I have to more of the same next week.

  • @mram3582, we all need a break sometimes to focus on what matters most - our own health and the health of those close to us. I wish I could help, but right now I have my own medical issues to deal with. I know you'll find someone to step up and take the captain baton. Sending good thoughts your way.
  • leni1us Friday PW:162.8 CW:161.6 I tried intermittent fasting a few days this week - 3 to be exact. On the days I didn't wake up hungry, I just started my day with lunch at noon. I also got in three days of exercise this past week.
  • leni1us Friday PW:162.8 CW:161.6 I got in three days of exercise this past week and I constantly had a water bottle in my hand. My goal is a gallon a day. Right now, I'm about 1/2 gallon a day but that's a major improvement from one glass a day in the old days.
  • Sunday Track: Yes Under Calories: Yes Exercise: Walked for an hour in the neighborhood. Looped around a local park and golf course. Goals/Day/Comments: Stay on track with eating and water intake.
  • NSV - Today was my mom's 88th birthday. My two sisters and I made dinner for her and my 93 year old dad - roast chicken, broccoli and mashed potatoes with gravy. My sister also bought a cake. I passed on the potatoes and cake. I was fine with chicken, broccoli and a tall glass of water. I'm so proud of myself.
  • Saturday Track: Yes Under Calories: Yes Exercise: Nothing formal. Step count was 10,948 Goals/Day/Comments: Get up in the morning and go for a 30 to 40 minute walk/jog.

  • leni1us Friday PW: 165.0 CW: 162.8 I am so happy to have 2.2 lbs gone. This last week of water, healthy eating and exercise has paid off. Now to just keep things moving in the right direction.
  • Tomorrow is weigh day for me. I've been really trying to get my water in and move more.   • Last couple of days have been good. I'm doing better drinking my water and I've tracked everything I've eaten and come in under or on point with my macros and calories. We'll see what Friday's weigh in holds.
