Hi, I am VSG as well 7/2011. Have gained back 40-50 from my lowest. I have been floundering. I went back to surgeon as well, and they suggested go back on liver reduction diet, nutritionist said concentrate on proteins, stay away from carbs. Haven’t been able to stick with it... Do most of you eat low carb or keto during your eating phase? Or just count calories? I would like to lose 40#, have started to skip breakfast, but not watching much what I eat rest of day. Thanks!

Thanks everyone! I think I am making it harder than it should be, going from one “therory” to another. I am going to update my macros today, and start CICO and increase my walking and see how it goes. I need something that works, but is also something I can live with. Thanks again!

I did the same thing. Getting back on track today. I feel so much better when I'm. It eating junk - so am going to try and remove no myself of that. Keep up good work!
