4 skinless chicken breast, cover with salsa, slow cooker on lo x 6-8 hours, chicken should shred very easily, serve on lettuce, with shredded cheese and sour cream. I use a medium spicy black bean and corn salsa. Can also be served over brown rice, or used in a fajita...easy and yummy!

I love yoga for my off work out days. Focusing on breathing and stretching makes me feel great. Seems to be helping tone up my arms and abs. It does not burn a lot of calories though. Most days I do cardio and strength training and then once or twice a week I do yoga.
