hi you can add me also, I am 50 yrs old, 5' 2 and would love to loose 15pds. I have done this in the past and it worked, but have put on some pds by not watching my calories. Good Luck to you all. :flowerforyou:

Yes sometimes Daily. I have learned to stay off the scales everyday. It was getting me to upset. So i weigh myself once a week in the morning. Once in awhile during the mid week i will step on but that is only if I think i ate way more than i should. My issue is I am walking more now that the weather is nice, and the…
