Anyone can add new if they'd like! :)

I log every day, I'd love some more mfp friends! :)

It's most likely that a majority of it is water weight. Although you definitely could have lost fat. Adderall is dehydrating so that could explain the quick water loss. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water while on it. Also it's sounds like they are taking it for a valid reason rather than as a means to lose weight…

I'm also in college, add me if you'd like! :)

You can add me as well. :)

Hi, you can add me too if you'd like! Anyone else can too, I love seeing everyone's progress! :)

I weigh all ingredients before cooking and then I weigh the entire cooked product. I put all the uncooked ingredients into the recipe builder and make the serving size however many grams the cooked recipe added up to. Then I take however much of the food I'm going to eat and weigh it and add however many grams into how…

Sure you can add me if you'd like! :)

What foods have you been eating? If you open up your diary I can make some suggestions. :) I also added you, I could always use more friends!

Okay so I finally got around to trying the Quest Bar I bought. It was the cinnamon roll flavor, I heated it in the microwave. I didn't care for it at all. I don't have a problem with the taste of artificial sweeteners either. It just tasted like a very strange cookie protein bar hybrid. I couldn't bring myself to eat more…

You can add me if you like! :) I'm 19 and also a college student.

I use a few drops of liquid stevia in my Greek Yogurt along with mixed berries. I like it, and I certainly don't consume enough to the point that it would cause negative health effects. I do think that the powdered stevia is gross though. Quite honestly anything you consume can have negative health effects if consumed in…

I have the fitbit one and I find that it really motivates me to be more active. I used to get under 3,000 steps a day and now I get anywhere from 20,000-45,000 a day. I leave MFP on sedentary and seeing the extra calories added is motivating! I have found that the calories burn actually under estimates by about 250…

I tried Almond milk in an iced coffee one time and never again. I don't mind coconut milk, but I rarely use any milk and when I do it's just skim (because that's what I have on hand). I'm not a big coffee drinker but when I get one on occasion I'd much rather just use skim milk or treat myself with a full fat milk/cream…

Whoops I didn't see that!

I haven't made any but that sounds similar to Lara bars, which are only 3-4 ingredients. From what I've seen they are simple and easy to make. Just Google Lara bar recipes or Naked bar recipes, you could also try adding copycat recipe to your search. Good luck! ! :)
-
What do you add to make the other flavors? :)
-
Anyone can add me if they want :)

Okay this is my last time responding on this thread. No just no. This is not true. You may have a severe wheat allergy but there have been NO documented cases of a gluten allergy! Most definitely no record of anyone going into anaphylactic shock from the consumption of gluten. This is a complete lie. That is all.

Omg! That's so rude wow. :(

I genuinely hope I don't come off as insensitive but it is quite likely that your wife actually does have Celiac Disease. Both the blood test and biopsy can come back as negative. What they basically do at that point is to have you try going gluten free. If the symptoms improve than it more than likely is Celiac Disease.…

If it makes you feel any better I can easily run 10+ miles but I can barely make it through the 27 minutes of 30 DS. The key is to keep pushing, even if it is just 5 minutes an 10 seconds the next time. Baby steps!

I never said that I was a doctor. I was simply trying to explain something that I thought would be more useful for you. It does pertain to your weight loss. I'll leave it up to you to find out how though, since you obviously know all about it. Best wishes to you on your weight loss journey.
-
Are you weighing yourself throughout the day? If so that's totally normal. :)
-
I look at the nutrition label of foods that I can't even eat (because of Celiac Disease). Hmmm I wonder how many calories are in those cookies, bagels, etc.?
-
From what I've read, they supposedly taste better when you heat them in the microwave? I bought one but I haven't gotten around to trying it yet.
-
That sounds pretty accurate. If it bothers you, you can change your activity level so it more closely matches your burn. It sounds as if your level is set to sedentary but you are more active. That is why your fitbit is giving you additional calories. You earned them so I would definitely eat at least 1/2 of them.

Yes, I definitely do feel hungrier when I am sleeping deprived! You're body wants to make up that energy deficit, so it looks for quick sources of energy (and energy = calories). Your body also digests carbohydrates (especially simple sugars) quickly so that makes sense that you would be craving dessert.

I have Celiac Disease too and I always get weirded out when people associate eating gluten free with weight loss. Like I gained 20 pounds when I went gluten free???
-
Whenever you start a new exercise routine you can expect a slight gain. It's most likely fluid retention, but it should go away within a few week as long as your logging is accurate. I highly doubt you have gained 3 pounds of fat. :)
