Make him fat pancakes.. a couple eggs and a little bisquick and milk. You really should speak to a dietician at a hospital. They are going to guide you in the right direction. Also he can have sunflower butter or almond butter.

they are tasty..but a glorified snickers really. You are going to be further ahead with a packet of tuna, chicken breast or some egg whites.. you could eat 6 egg whites and not break 100 calories.

consider getting up and drinking a big glass of water. I know that you don't want to hear that.. but sometimes you are really thirsty and just need to hydrate.

Chobani is incredible.. and it is one of the sweeter ones. Fage is separate from the fruit and uses very little sugar in the actual yogurt.. I love them all. Oikos is pretty sweet.. Dannon is good.. Yoplait is the worst. good luck!

drink your water, eat all your allowed calories, do not drink your calories.. there is no need for that. Eat healthy lean protein and lots of veggies. Fruit gets a good reputation....but it is still sugar. A serving of fruit always has more calories than a serving of vegetables.... choose veggies :) When you want something…

a chicken breast, a NORMAL female hand size chicken breast is 120 calories. Those big thick hormone grown ones are probably two-3 servings each. yuck. A serving of meat is the size of a deck of cards.

I'm sorry I have to add after I went back and viewed your diary that your choices are very poor........... WAY too much food is being purchased from fast food places and restaurants. A half rack of ribs? Those are very fatty... McDonalds ? You really need to try to shop the perimeter of the store, stay away from the sweets…

If you cannot "recreate" the item you are eating.. it should not go in your mouth. Chips, crackers fast food.. all taste good...but are HORRIBLE for you...If you can't make a dorito.. you shouldn't eat one. You should take your net calories and mentally divide them up over a day. 200 for breakfast, 300 lunch 400 dinner and…

Eat all your calories..or as close as possible. lots of tiny meals if you can.. you must eat every 1.5 to 2 hours through the day.
