Squishing the Peeps really seemed to help. Seriously people, you want some cake? Squish a peep. It'll do wonders for your self control. I just...have no words for how weird I sound right now.

I swear I could kill a chocolate bar in one bite. I have such a sweet tooth it isn't even funny. Right now, there's a huge chocolate cake sitting on my countertop with a row of peeps lining the top of it. They're so soft and marshmallowy. I have plastic wrap covering the cake, but sometimes I like to squish the little…

I have this issue too. I'm still living at home so my mom makes dinner for me every night. She's such a sweetie :) Like somebody else said, I'll do a rough estimate. I had crabcakes tonight and had to do an estimate because I wasn't sure. Our homemade crabcakes have very little filler in them, so I'm thinking what I found…

I think 112 is fine for your height. My sister is 5'3 and weighs 108. She looks very healthy. I'm aiming for 120. I'm 5'5.5 but have a very small frame, and at 132 lbs, it's just too much weight.

I stay faaaaar away from that show! But now that you mention it, I'll watch it next time I'm hungry and don't have any calories left for the day.
-
Wonderful! You look amazing! And can I just say, bonus points for style?! Your outfit and shoes are fab!
-
Goodness gracious!! You look absolutely STUNNING!! I'm looking to lose 15 for a goal weight of 120 lbs. I'm excited to see if the 15 lb loss will look as good on me as it does on you! Excellent work!

I'm going to have some breakfast for lunch. Some egg whites, Morningstar maple veggie sausage, slice of american cheese and a slice of whole wheat bread. Not too hungry today, so I'll save my calories for dinner, which is homemade crabcakes, a delicious baked potato with butter (not too much!), a green veggie and maybe…

Obviously by now you know that you simply have to eat more like everybody has been saying. Please, please eat more. My stomach would be hurting so badly if I ate what I saw listed in your food diary. Now, I don't work out, so I have to stay strict with my 1200 calories. The most under I'll be for the day is 50 or so. For…

This may make me sound completely idiotic, and I apologize if this question has already been asked before, but is it possible to do this if you don't work out? I'm on 1200 calories a day max with no exercise (leg injury). Is it possible, or even healthy, to allow a deficit when there's no exercise involved? I'd probably be…

5'5 1/2, 132 lbs and I wear a US size 10 in women's. Usually I stick to junior clothing though and can get into a medium sized shirt even though I'm pretty large chested and an 11 in pants. But that all depends on where I shop. I'm a larger size for pants because I carry all my weight in my hips.

Yeah, I've been told it's possibly compartment syndrome. I'm visiting another specialist next week so we'll see what he says. You're right on the money though!

I can't work out at all because of this issue. But mine is a tibial stress fracture which is a step above shin splints. It's apparently healed but I've had constant pain for years and nobody can figure out why. So terrible.

Gah I wish I could do this!! Sadly (regardless of my age), my mother still makes me an Easter basket, and even though I pick at it very verrrrry slowly, I can't have that candy and not eat it. I have a sweet tooth. But GOOD LUCK! You can do it and you'll be so proud of yourself after!

I never thought to add Laughing Cow in there! Love those little wedges!
-
I use either avocado or greek yogurt.

I like to eat from the Kashi line. Their Strawberry Fields cereal is my favorite. Today I ate blueberry something or other. I also like Cheerios (banana nut is delicious).

I broke down yesterday and ate a fun sized kitkat bar. I'm 25 years old and my mother still makes me an Easter basket, God bless her soul. I rarely eat corn, love green veggies like broccoli. (my absolute favorite). I've been eating whole grain breads and brown rice for years, I actually just prefer them more to white…

You're very right about the cereal leaving you with cravings. Every once in a while, I get very shaky and cranky after eating cereal. Then I have to eat a piece of fruit or some snack crackers to feel better again. Spikes in blood sugar suck. I just love cereal so much though and don't want to give it up. Today I made the…

Have you ever tried the Quaker creme brulee ones? They are divine! I only eat those because I crave rice krispie treats and never feel like making them (or eating the calories), so I eat those every once in a while when I want a little snack.

I almost always eat my eggs with a Morningstar maple veggie sausage. It is so delicious. I don't eat pig of any kind, the faux sausage is a pretty good deal. They are delicious. If I have enough calories, I'll pair it with a slice of cheese and a slice of wheat bread or a Weight Watchers whole wheat english muffin. You…

Don't beat yourself up about it!! I'm guilty of that too, and I make myself sick with worrying and stressing about whatever I just ate/drank. Just take it as a lesson for next time.

Thank you for all the positive feedback!

I'm dreading it as well. Today I freaked out when I ate a huge buttermilk biscuit for breakfast. So good while eating it, but I felt so guilty afterwards! I hate feeling like that, I don't even know why I do it in the first place. I always go out for brunch on Sundays with my family. I never eat a ton, but I'm sure it's…

I share mine. I feel like I eat pretty healthy so why not? Also, if there's something I'm doing wrong and someone can point that out to me, then that's a bonus.
-
I looooooove cottage cheese! I've always eaten it sweet though. When I hear of people putting pepper and such in it, I get a little skeeved, but it's only because I've never eaten it any other way except with fruit. I love the Breakstone Cottage Doubles. Eat one almost every day (strawberry is my favorite).

I wish I had found this place months ago. But at least we have it now! Welcome :)

A sour cream and onion dusted grasshopper. It was a dare and I was broke.

Thank you all! I really do feel a lot healthier. It may also be because my diet is very low fat, but I'm sure the lack of meat is making some type of difference. Good to hear of everyone's experiences!
