Im 5’5, 121 lbs and a size 2 but when I was a size 4, I was around 126 lbs.

Growwothjo on YouTube - she’s amazing!

I agree with this. While I’m not the same height as you guys, I am almost to the point where I’m bony in my upper body - I just don’t gain any fat there. It’s all in my love handles and butt. Upper body and lower body look like a completely different person. But I don’t think weight loss is the way to go. You need to focus…

LOL I would be pretty stoked if they were!

I just bought coconut milk yesterday.

Yep that’s pretty much the conclusion I’ve come to as well. Nothing works better than a good meal.

I work at a gym and want to be up to par with my co-workers. I’m not really trying to lose weight as much as lose a little fat and put on muscle. I want to be strong like them. Right now I kinda feel like I have imposter syndrome.

First of all - can you send your husband to Pennsylvania? Because mine won’t even boil water! I am a sucker for baked goods and sweets of every kind. Big breakfasts, comforting dinners - you name it, I live for it. I absolutely adore food. But I have amazing willpower and love to exercise like a beast so I’m tiny. I know…

They seem to run specials all the time so I’m sure they’ll have some sort of offer again soon, especially with Memorial Day coming up. I find nothing really gives me the energy I need aside from eating big, satisfying meals with enough carbs and protein to really help me power through. Not even coffee, even though I still…

Good info, thank you!
-
Do you find it gives you more energy? I was thinking of just doing a half so it wasn’t so sweet. But wasn’t sure if that would give me enough of a boost pre-workout.
-
Have you tried the drink mix? I think it’s called Built Boost? They put a sample bag in my last box and they weren’t too bad. I’m not really a flavored drink mix person. I almost exclusively drink water - anything sweet tends to make me more thirsty for water haha. And these are SWEET, so I could only have a little before…

They really do work your jaw. I was almost hesitant to purchase after my sample box for that reason but I liked some of the flavors a lot and they are a good post workout snack, so I caved and did the box with 3 flavors. I never realized you get the most taste at the ends though! I’ll have to take notice next time I have…

It’s a mixture of things that I’m after - enhanced endurance, good health, and lower body fat. Im looking a little skinny fat right now and want to lean out, so I figured extra cardio wouldn’t hurt as long as my protein was high and I was still getting resistance training in there - but I’m sure there’s more to it than…

Had that one today from the fridge. My favorite. Peanut Butter Brownie is good too.
-
I like a few of the flavors but they either need to be from the fridge or microwave for me to eat them. They have such an undesirable texture to me when they are room temp. I shouldn’t have to work that hard to chew a protein bar. Same issue for me with RXbars.
-
I actually just bought another box of Built Bars and they’re good to have after a workout. I like the coconut almond and peanut butter brownie. But good LORD do they hammer you with emails!
-
Their packaging is nice and I feel duped when I get it and it tastes like...sadness.
-
Quest Bars. They taste so disgusting! And I’m someone who eats like every protein bar on the market. I’m not touching those suckers ever again.
-
I can WRECK some pie. And cake. Cake is my absolute favorite. I’m a tiny little human but I have it bad for sweets. This was really sweet though and I had to stop at one piece. I was really surprised.

Sooo when can I meet your grandma? That sounds SO good. The Nilla Wafers weren’t as good as I remember but I absolutely love them in banana pudding. That’s what I need next.
-
45 minutes of low impact HIIT. Was breathing heavy the whole time and burned 300 calories! I was wiped after.
-
Was pretty good. I prefer homemade but this did the job in a pinch. Had some Nilla Wafers after too since I hadn’t had any in years and the box was being passed around 😜
-
You can add me too. Mine is 1350.

Curtsy lunges, hip thrusts, glute bridges, side/front/back leg lifts (pointed and flexed, singles and pulses), sumo and regular squats, wide, narrow, and single leg deadlifts.

I work at a gym but before rona hit, I had actually been working out at home for a month or two and only going to the gym to teach or take an occasional class. For me, it was finding an at-home program that I liked. I had always thought I didn’t do well working out from home but it turns out, I just didn’t like what…

Would have another slice of this from last night! Lemon Meringue yummm!

Coconut Almond Built Bars. OMG they taste like a candy bar!

Oooh I want in! I like that this is a Monday weigh in - it’ll make me behave over the weekend ;) I don’t really have much weight to lose, if at all. I’m dabbling with a recomp but in the process right now of being a little cleaner with my diet and cutting out cheat days entirely. Need to shed some body fat. This Saturday…
