i am wondering how y'all are with the consumption of supplements or fat burners in addition to a diet and before cardio? i don't want to advertise or say the wrong thing but i can speak for myself with reasonably good results. i've used them on and off and i want just wanted to throw it out there, to be it's no taboo.
