I do what we call in Michigan, Hot Vinyasa yoga. We hold poses, do a flow, work the core and the room gets to be about 95 degrees. I think I burn about 400 calories and I'm 5' 0" and 127 lbs. I've checked many sites on the internet and sort of averaged them.
