@Mrs_Hoffer - I have changed my mind about keeping my November 11th and 18th dates. I'm already struggling to keep up with so many normally mundane tasks lately! Since things will be more complicated in the coming weeks, it is probably wisest to step back and let someone with more focus take those November dates.

Congrats! Way to keep going @jeanniewes

October 24 ✅❌✅ Sunday is a rest day from weights, so exercise was cleaning out the kids rooms and chasing the new kitten that was rescued last week. Greetings everyone, new and old! My name is Chris and I have been participating in these UAC challenges since May 2021. October 15 ✅✅✅ 3 pass days used Today's exercise was (surprise) a strength routine with dumbbells (Upper body B: Rows, overhead press, curls) I've made a number of changes over the last 30 days or so in terms of how I am setting my calorie target, to the exercises I'm doing, and even changing up my meals to a degree to…

October 14 ✅✅✅ 3 pass days used Todays exercise was an upper body strength routine (same as Monday actually). We get a lot of stress this time of year greatly exacerbated by the 3 autistic children's anxiety as these big treat and gift days approach. It's the season of meltdowns. So we cope with that. As for food and…

Congrats @Jillygirl0220 - I debated if it was too soon, but figured it can't hurt to post a couple weeks ahead of Halloween in case it helped anyone to think ahead if they haven't already. Another excellent day @victorious55

That was a big realization I had to come to as well. Thank you for sharing all of that great knowledge and experience (I don't think we can share too much of that sort of helpful info). And CONGRATS on getting all thumbs up, you're doing amazing! That is a really good strategy! I also like how you plan the events for the…

But it's also the only way to describe following a diet that puts you in a state of ketosis, which I'm doing, so I go ahead with the "keto" label. But what I…
