When women whip out that phrase, they are virtually always very obese. I guess round like a beach ball is technically "curvy'! It annoys the shizznit outta me though. As a fat person, I'm not okay with FA either. You can tell me you're "healthy" all day long, but it just isn't true. For gawdsakes, just own it and say…

I had to give up coffee and soy completely due to hormonal issues. I didn't get headaches, but I miss the coffee SO much!!! I love the taste of coffee. I switched to mate and/or guayaki so I still get some caffeine, but it is so not the same... : (

Your story is inspiring. You are awesome! Keep it up - you deserve it!

Living in the strip club capital of the US, I like them. Some are WAY better than others though. I like the ones where the women are more "alternative" (ink, all shapes and sizes and colors, etc.) and where they get to pick their own music. If you're ever in Portland, OR, I highly recommend Magic Gardens and Mary's Club.…

I'm lucky if my husband of 25 years is interested twice a year. And those two times are only because I jump him and won't take no for an answer (on my birthday and our anniversary)! He has issues. Intimacy issues, abuse issues, ADHD and depression. But when I married him, it was for better or worse, through thick and thin.…

My fave band since their first album: Metallica. Loved 'em then, love 'em still...

Hiya Marie! Keepin' Portland weird over here! Nice to see more Oregonians around here...

How about "your guyses"?! Maybe just say "your"?!

"Orygun" is still WAY better than Ore-a-gone! Of course, "or-a-gun" is proper. Nucular is pretty bad. But my all-time most annoying pronounciation has got to be "EYE - talian". We're not from "EYE-taly" you fool!!!

"October Rust" by Type O Negative. R.I.P. Pete....

Didn't wear one on my Harley when I lived in a state w/o a helmet law. Moved to a state w/ a helmet law so had no choice. I got a "BC Beanie". For me it gave me a real false sense of security. I was much more aware of every little thing around me w/o the helmet - I felt SO much more vulnerable - and let's face it,…

My attitude! If you act like you are, everyone thinks you are too!

Vegan. It's called "compassion" and "non-violence" and I strongly believe in it. Gives me a clear conscience AND a clean colon. Win/win!

It's no secret - Michael Fassbender. Oh. My.

1. Metallica 2. Metallica 3. Metallica 4. Type O Negative 5. Nine Inch Nails

Yep. I love it 'cause it reminds me of "home" (NJ).

It sounds like maybe your habits are the problem - I read a great book that explains why habits control us and how to change them. It's called "The Power of Habit" by Charles Duhigg. I got it at my local library. You might want to read it. Best of luck to you in your struggles!

Anything by Sequel Vega is vegan and GF. And their stuff tastes good, and has tons of aminos etc. so IMO it's well worth the $ you save on supplements...

A bit of EVOO, some fresh basil, freshly ground black pepper to taste, and a fair amount of parma (vegan for me, thank you) = YUM! (Oh yeah - it's really good with the pesto of your choice as well - I like a hazelnut based one I get at my local food co-op.)

I sure hope the dampness of this bus seat is hobo pee! Pleeeeeez let that smelly, drunk panhandler ask me for money! I hope someone in this elevator farts! Hey poorly groomed ginormous guy with a huge stinky burrito in each paw - please be sitting in this empty seat next to me for this 10 hour flight!

Rather than worrying about pounds, get your body fat % tested. That's the true measure of health/fitness - not a number on the scale (nor that outdated, useless BMI crap!). Work at getting it down to an acceptable number, then you'll know the "right" weight for you.

Perhaps this early intervention by school/police will stop her from becoming future job security for me... (I work in a jail). If it wasn't for children raised without structure/discipline, I'd be out of a job. (Not to say that that's the sole reason for criminality, but I guess about 1/3 of our clientele are where they…

I think it depends where you are...we have a really positive strip club culture in Portland. Sure, there are some nasty, divey clubs - but there's also a lot of really fun ones where as many women as men hang out. We have a LOT of clubs for such a small city. My personal faves are Magic Gardens and Mary's Club....Just…

I work swing shift (3:30 pm to midnight), so I set my alarm clock, get up around 10 or 11 am and go the gym before work. It helped in the beginning to have a trainer so I *had* to go, but now I can go on my own. If I have other things to do in the morning (dr. appt. or whatever) I do a dvd at home. You just have to make it…

I would totally live in a "murder house". I'm an atheist so I don't believe in ghosts - wouldn't bother me at all.

Been married 23 years this October - lived together 24. Been through some really rough times (undiagnosed ADHD self medicated with alcohol, need I say more?!) but now as we slide into middle age it's getting better each day. And it doesn't hurt that my man is smoking hot and in fantastic shape - and loves me just the same…

Weird how we both posted that at the same time...
