I've been doing Flintstone multivitamin chewables and B12 chewable. I was instructed to stay away from gummies.

Okay today I finally got some relief ... whew, lol. I needed the pain meds to be able to push because my incision still hurts. Ugh. Tomorrow will be one week post op! Whooo hooo. Can hardly wait to get out of Stage I and unto Stage II which at least I could blend up something tasty and different. ;-)

I guess it would be muscle pain when I try getting up etc. Otherwise I am fine laying down.

I'm having my surgery on Aug 26 2014. Apprehensive. About protein, I found that COSTCO has the highest amount of protein drink called Premium Protein (30grams). Its tasty, not too expensive and works great!

I was told that I could lose 100 plus on this. I was on the list for about 7 years with another insurance. I tried to do this on my own but cannot. :-(
