Down 2 pounds this week. Was really hoping to break the 210 barrier, but not to be. :(

99 pounds on a 5'4 person will likely look and be very unhealthy. :( Don't hurt yourself just for a stupid number.
-
Because sugar is addictive and you go into withdrawals...
-
I guesstimate and call it good. Stressing about it will only make out worse.

I'm 5' 6" (ish... Doctor swears I'm 5'6" so I guess I'll believe him) my goal is about 150 right now, but I've never been NEAR that weight, so I don't know what I'll look like. I don't ever want to be super-skinny... just in the "Healthy" BMI zone would be nice.

My current workout tunes are lady gaga edge of glory rhianna's s&m and meatloaf's bat out of hell... But I listen to whatever songs I am addicted to at the time. For snacks I love string cheese!

Does ' eating like a 1-3 year old child ' mean you throw it on the floor half the time and people have to make airplane noises to get you to eat? Just hope you don't mean calorie wise!

Hi there!
-
A 36c is approximately the same as a 34d and a 32e. There sister sizes. The calculators aren't necessarily lying to you. Some, however, still use the 'measure the band and add 2' philosophy that is outdated. Here's what i'd do. Measure where you band lies. That's your band number, rounded down if it's odd. Then go try on a…

If you're counting as 'sedentary' then go for it. If not, probably not.

No! Eat what you WANT, just know that eating THIS means you can have less of THAT. If you deprive yourself of everything you want in life you will rebel and that's when binging happens.
-
Because it's hard to tell just how much you'll have burned based on reps. Some people burn more, some less, depends on your abilities. You can log it under cardio (look for circuit training or calisthenics or weights and you'll probably find something appropriate) but mind that without a HRM the calories counted may not be…

I honestly don't think I could stomach THAT much cereal in one sitting. No matter how much I like Life. I'd rather have a normal serving (or cup or whatever) and actually enjoy it, rather than stuff myself with it.

Steak. Seared (cool and red inside) with salt and pepper outside. If it must be canned, with mustard, a little miracle whip, dill relish, romaine lettuce, and tomatoes.
-
More protein shouldn't hurt unless you have kidney problems.
-
Hi! Drink plenty of water and log what you eat, it's pretty easy! Definitely helping me and my confidence.
-
Your body will adapt, promise. Drinking water keeps your body from retaining water.
-
People do this all the time. Birds, cats, kittens, dogs, puppies, hell even chickens. "Oh, their instincts will take over...." BS.

MFP gives me 27, that's what I'm going with for now.

Honestly, if you let it go, it may get worse. By the time I had mine out I was listless and pale, my enzymes were all over the place and it was an emergency surgery. A little trouble now and then was SO WORTH the feeling of suddenly having LIFE again. Mine's not bad. Tums or Caltrate-D (the calcium supplement) tend to keep…

You increased your exercise, which is encouraging your body to retain (water especially) so it can repair itself. That's why you're seeing a gain. Drink more water and keep going, hopefully you'll see the weight come off. Also, make certain you aren't undereating or overreporting your exercise in the process.

I worry about sugar only because of a family history with diabetes, my own personal addictive tendencies with the stuff (I can eat sugar until the cows come home and still want more...), and the fact that it's nigh onto poison with how much it can screw up my system (soaring highs followed by tremendous crashes)... But if…

Looking up the calorie count before I go helps me stay under... Instead of 'delicious pizza' I see 600 calories a slice!
-
The easiest and most socially compatible it's to eat healthier and eat less. That's it.

I'm in, I want to be under 200 by my birthday... September 28! Have 12 pounds to go!
-
Are you getting enough fibre? I had to up mine, when I'm not eating greasy fast food I need more fiber. :)
-
Not necessarily. Consider, if you burn 1466 you should east less than that to lose weight. Stick with what mfp suggests, but keep an eye on your sugar and sodium, those make me hold weight longer. Also consider that the time of the month may have an effect... And make sure you aren't underestimating your intake OR…

Tuesday is my day so why not... 212.4 (3 pounds down from last week!) Eeeeee!
-
Because MFP builds in the deficit you need, you don't need to create one with exercise.
-
I weigh in Tuesday mornings (far enough away from the weekend's sodium, I hope) .
