Try to get more veggies too, along with more water. Water helps keep you feeling full and the veggies fill you up with very little calories. I tend to get hungrier after fruit (the sugar, I'm sure), but veggies? Awesome.

I want my arms not to jiggle when I wear sleeveless tops. That's really all I want. :)

How many calories are you eating in day? How much water are you drinking? How much exercise are you doing? You say 'diet' meal, can you give an example (or open your food diary to public?) How fast do you eat?

Morning after pill is birth control on steroids, I'm not surprised you've got flux in your cravings, how good you feel, etc.
-
If I don't understand the measurement someone entered for portions I use a different one, there are plenty, :)
-
Yes, definitely. Any major change in diet can cause unhappiness for a while. Don't let it discourage you, your body will adapt, but it had gotten used to the bad food.
-
Use less water or cook it less. If you cook it too long it goes rubbery and such, less and it's more soupy, but not disgusting....
-
Go to settings (upper right corner), then diary settings, then public. Some people do plateau, but perhaps you are within your calories but too much sodium, not enough water, etc.
-
I'm up twopounds, which isn't that surprising given the totm, but still. Ah well, I'll buckle down later and hopefully it will be gone next week.

Goodwill 99 cent sale allllll the way....

Most clothing doesn't actually follow waist measurements. It's a ploy to make people feel better about their size (they're more willing to buy when it makes them happy). The other option is you wear your pants somewhere other than where you measured.

For ME (things are different for every woman) I either maintain or gain the week leading up to that time, then lose it once that time comes.
-
The fewer pounds you have to lose, the slower it goes (and it should). 14 pounds in two months is not horrible! It's quite good, actually.
-
Mine's 149. (I know it's an odd number, but it means a loss of 100 pounds and I like round numbers.)
-
Keep a bottle of water with you all the time. When you feel like eating, drink. Try to keep to set time table of when to eat... And find something to do! I eat because I'm bored. It's something to do that I find pleasant (more pleasant than mopping, anyway), so I have to catch myself a lot when I'm home and ask if I am…

You could always do the VIB... they offer scrambled egg whites or (I think) egg white omelettes, oatmeal, fruit, and a number of healthier options. Stay away from the pancakes, or if you do get them (and I wouldn't blame you) stay away from the sauce and whipped cream (OMG sugar....)

I just made my quick breakfast food... 1 bag frozen spinach 1 tube turkey sausage 9 eggs Shredded mozzarella (or parmesan) Seasoning Cook the sausage and spinach season to taste (I did italian and garlic and some spice) and let it cool, add eggs, mix, cook in muffin tins. Sprinkle with cheese near the end of cooking…

I've gone from a 42c to a 36dd, lol. I'm sure it will change though, I have a lot more to lose.
-
Make paella with it. Why sausage? So fatty...
-
Staying under sugar may help, but other things may be involved. Is 1200 calories ENOUGH for your body? Maybe you need to be set higher. Are you eating back your calories when you exercise?
-
I had mine out a few years back. No pain. Some digestion issues, but no pain. Weight loss is okay, thus far. BC could def. be affecting weight loss. Some BCs cause weight gain.

Calories, carbs, sugar, sodium, fat, and fiber. I think. Maybe. calories, sugar, and sodium are what I watch most.
-
Both your goals mentioned are within the healthy bmi range. That said, you should probably get down a bit with toning and see where you want to be.
-
Time control... And teleportation.
-
Eat more! What does mfp recommend for you at 2 lbs per week? Eat that, eat every calorie. you'll have more energy and feel better, and it may kick start your weight loss.
-
According to your profile you should be pleased...
-
One or two... if I'm having eggs, which I don't always.
-
I'm working toward being that .5 under Obese. It'll come.
-
Ha, awesome! Unfortunately it doesn't help me much... since I almost away get one of the house's specialty rolls.
-
Yeeeah, it does, but I wouldn't know, I update my goals everytime I lose anything.
