PB2. It's powder that you add water too, mix it up, it makes peanut butter. (also comes in peanut-butter chocolate flavor) Doesn't taste half bad, but fewer calories and less fat. Almond butter is slightly better for you, but I've never much like the taste.

Lactose intolerant, don't like soy milk unless it's chocolate (sugar city), hate coconuts in all their forms, so... almond. Plus less sugar, fewer calories. Yay! I have hated milk since childhood though (comes from an entirely lactose intolerant family, pretty much) so I only really use it in tea, coffee, and cereal. I…

Pumpkin seeds! Also, Turkey, a lot of breakfast cereals, tofu, beans... clams (mollusks and oysters are good too, per webmd...)

BMR is the calories your body uses if you laid in bed and did absolutely nothing all day. There's a calculator under 'Tools'

Go with the 1320. The idea is to burn more than you intake. If you're intaking 1320 and burning 1643 that means you're 323 down for the day, 2261 for the week (not counting any activity level you adding in on top). The calories your body needs it will take from metabolizing fat, which is the idea. Eating 1643 would be no…

Welcome! Shouldn't you have your own ID, though? Men's caloric needs are way different from a woman's. (Unless I misread, then I'm sorry!)

What's the sugar like? Not afraid of fat. Just sugar. (And sodium  )

2 pounds a week is a healthy week loss speed and it's not as slow as it sounds (honest). If you lose weight too fast not only will you have excess skin problems (most likely) but you're more likely to put weight back on when you move to maintain. Plus eating too few calories at first will only make you hungry, cranky, and…
-
Considering you're on the low end of a healthy weight I'd maybe see what your maintenance calories are and stick where your at. Maybe focus on strength and toning to build definition instead of eating low-cal.

Tea with honey... or chloroseptic spray... But those only treat the symptoms, not the cause. Do you have a head cold that's draining into your throat? Are your lymph nodes swollen? Strep Throat? Tonsilitis? Thyroid troubles (cysts, benign tumors, etc)? Figure out the cause, don't just treat the symptoms. Some of those are…

What are you set all, loss wise? At your weight-to-lose it ought to be about 0.5 pounds/week. To set your diary to public, go to My Home, Settings, Diary Settings, and then select public down near the bottom.

I have that! Mostly in my upper arms, though some in my stomach. It really squicks me out sometimes. But I figure, as long as it feels like something's moving out (taking away bulk) it's all good!
-
*smacks head* I've been doing this wrong all the time.... *sigh* Um... is it your natural waist or 'where the jeans fit' waist? Maybe I'm doing it all wrong.
-
No. Gods, I hate Jello. Hate. Like... thinking about it makes my stomach turn, hate. It's a texture thing. Now, if we're talking PUDDING... Mmmmmm pudding.... (also good with whipped cream, btw!)

Eating too much sodium? A lot of pre-made and pre-packaged foods have a ton of sodium in them... lunchmeats are especially bad... Not drinking enough water? You have to drink water to lose water. Too many carbs? Carbs (pasta and bread, mostly) make me feel bloaty and blah. Food intolerance? Milk gets me. Not sure if my…

Carbs from vegetables are good... Pastas and breads make me bloat a bit though. :indifferent:

Depends. In a family prone to heart disease? Diabetes? Have their sugars or cholesterol already elevated to dangerous levels? Although, honestly, if the person can't move, whomever is caring for them could easily begin decreasing their calorie intake. Might help a little.
-
You 'discovered' brownies? Have you lived in a cave, perhance?
-
Can you bring a protein shake or something in a thermos to sip on throughout the day? Most of my teachers brought something to drink, might as well get some intake from it.

Crackers and chips you can usually figure by the package (serving is often something like *making up a number* 7 chips. I figure what it is exactly based on that). Nibbles of cake or cookie dough (well... a 'nibble' of cookie dough is often an entire cookie, honestly, generally the sizing size is a tablespoon or so,…

... Upfront, yes. Like it or not, I'd say see SOMEONE. Student health center, maybe? Look for a free clinic, perhaps (our local shelter has one.) It could be gas. Or indigestion. It could also be appendix or gall bladder, a torn muscle in the abdomen, an ulcer... a bleeding ulcer... torsion of the intestines... Mother…

Either get a ring reducer (the rubber thing) or wear it on a chain about the neck, maybe? My dad used to do that with his.

Hi! I can tell you that eating 600 calories is not god foryou and will likely make you retain weight, because your body is thinking it's starving. Also, rating donuts probably won't help. Add in more protein like peanut butter or lean chicken breast and possibly make your diary public...

Hi and welcome! Do you have any specific questions? You covered a rather broad spectrum there,
-
Breakfast: french toast (w/syrup or jam...) with an energy drink or soda Possibly a cookie our piece of cake if someone brought anything before lunch Lunch: lean cuisine or leftovers, often with pudding or a candy bar, and a soda After work: ' snack' (another lean cuisine, or some other meal.) Then graze on candy or…

I don't look at people normally (a little Aspie sometimes) so out walking is rarely any different.
-
Pickles... But they're high sodium...
-
Welcome! Though I must admit, finding love handles in the parking lot would make me a little worried about the gym, lol.
-
1500 is a low sodium diet. You do need sodium to live, remember.

Anyone one of those would make me nasty. I'm a B**** when I'm tired... or sick... or hungry...
