Good morning, glories. Lol This week's weigh in: 200.6, down from 203.8. Woo! 1.6 pounds left to my second major goal (50 pound gone) and only .6 to being in ONEderland!

It's possible... But you may plateau, or have to lower your goal as you get close to your final weight.

I like goodwill, but I only buy there on 99cent sales. Else I go to our Salvation army store (better selection) or our local family thrift store (better pricing).

In general I say I'm having a 'cheat day', but it's only a meal that pushes the rest of the day over. I only go about 100-300 calories over, in general... or at least, I try to stay near that.

Stop drinking for about a year. Then magically you'll find you only need a drink or two to get drink. Weird. If you need ten, you're drinking too much, sorry. And drinking to get drunk is rather pointless, honestly, a nice buzz is plenty.

What's your sodium intake like? Are you eating back exercise calories? Drinking your water?

I suggestion anti-pronation shoes... they will FORCE you to walk on the middle of your foot.

Glancing at your diary, my suggestions would be to make certain you're drinking water and watch how much you get pre-made food, as I don't think some of your foods are actually showing all their sodium, etc and it may be hindering you.

Nah, I think the term is 'menses' or 'menstrual cycle' something like that... 'period' and 'time' are all just euphemisms.

There is an adjustment period, yes. It will get better! Also, look at what you're eating. Protein and fiber keep you full longer, and a big plate of veggies fills you up with less calories than a piece of bread, in some cases. Make certain you're drinking your water, too, as that helps keep you feeling full. It helps me to…

You didn't GAIN 3 pounds, not in 2 days. You're retaining water. Drink more, continue on your path, you'll be back down soon enough.

I agree with using a tracker like Runkeeper (or timing your run/walk and knowing the distance works as well) to get your average pace and thereby, you can pick the best fit. :)

Honestly, you are at a healthy weight, perhaps focusing on toning more than numbers would behoove you more along your journey?

Noooo.... Labor day means I can go outside without melting again. :) I hate summer. Hot, sticky, gross. Give me eleven months of spring and fall, please. Make your own soups. Easy, and no where near as much sodium. Nomnomnom.
