Did you see it, and what did you think?? I think this documentary has so many wonderful findings, and I am considering a whole food, plant based diet for myself as well as my family.. I'd like all of your opinions, what do you think???

But it's so hard to cut my dead cow with just a fork!0

I not only saw it, I love it, I also read the book 'The China Study' written by Dr. Campbell...and President Clinton is now advocating this kind of diet for living a long and healthy life. I am vegetarian and slender and fit, at 54 years of age. Go for it! I don't think you will regret it.0

Qarol, . I wish I'd have said that.
I'd seriously miss meat. Maybe I could consider lessening meat, but not forgoing it!0 -

Yep, there's nothing like dead animal flesh cooked in its own blood and juices till it's completely mushy.Remember, REAL carnivores eat it raw!

I want to see this! I am vegan, originally for health reasons, but now I don't think I could ever eat commercially raised meat or dairy products. Ugh.0

I just saw the documentary yesterday. I think it had sound research and made some good pts. I'll be honest, I like my t-bones too much to give them complete up, but I think I will try small changes in my lifestyle to incorporate more plant proteins, whole grains, and different fruits and veggies.0
