  • Thank you for adding me to the spreadsheet! I go to Zumba 3-4 days a week for an hour, and I weight train 2 days a week. I'm toying with going to 3 days a week, starting next week. I'm excited to be this close to my goal weight. 43lbs is nothing! I can do this!

  • I would never eat too few calories. I know how that can affect you. Feeding my daughter is my priority. I know that I probably can't lose a ton of weight would I'm nursing.   • I've been eating just the 500 back and am seeing results. I was eating back ALL of my nursing calories before. That's where I went wrong!
  • Thanks for all of the advice! I finally found something on the subject that made sense. It takes 500 extra calories of food a day to make breastmilk. Any milk made over that 500 calories, comes from fat stores. Yesterday, I added 500 calories to my day, even though I made 600 calories worth of milk. I only ate 300 of those…
  • I'm 22 weeks, due May 15th. I lost 100lbs last year, but have gained 18. I started watching my calories again and have lost 4, so I'm at a net gain of 14. It is SO hard to pass up cravings! I'm just trying to make sure that they fit into my calories for the day!

  • Are you weighing yourself after you wake up? If you are weighing yourself after workouts, or at different times of the day, then you won't get a consistent reading. Also, if you have recently bumped up your exercise routine, it could just be water weight. :)

  • I was at 1240 calories and was always hungry.. I felt like I never ate enough, and was stressed about going over. I upped my activity level, and changed my goal to 1lb a week. Now, my calories are 1840! I started dropping weight again, and I feel so much better. It's not MFP, it's user error. :)
  • I am a 36F, and mine are nowhere near 25lbs. A 36DDD only weighs around 5lbs total. I'm 5'5", size 9 shoe. SW was 288+, CW is 198. I am getting comfortable now, so I think 160 will be just fine. I have wide hips, so I will never be under a size 12, probably. I'm okay with that!

  • I know!! My daughter took a picture of me the other day, and I just KNEW it would look horrible. It didn't, though! I was surprised at how thin my arms are, now. I just wish I could get past the thought that I'm huge and hideous.
