Ha, whenever I get out of bed all my bones crack. Normally they pop once though and that's it. You might want to try stretching a bit before and after lifting.

Yes! I'm exactly same way. It gets so bad that I actually run to the restroom sometimes thinking I'm going to throw up. Plus I get nasty headaches.

Oh man, I could never go without my breakfast. It's my favorite meal of the day!

Vegetarian sweet and sour meatballs. Every meat eater I've made this for has loved it. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/vegetarian-sweet-and-sour-meatballs/

Another tall lady checking in. I'm 5'10'' as well.

Mmm... saving this one.

Granted. Enjoy the 102 degree weather. I wish I had a ton of money.

I think body type has something to do with it as well. I have the straight body type (some people call it "carrot") so my weight is evenly distributed. If you hold your weight in your stomach or hips, then it might be more obvious.

I like them. I bring them for my lunch so I can have a sweet treat with low calories.

I'm a vegetarian so protein and iron are both important to me.

Yuck. Tofu

I like cold drinks better than hot ones. I get a coffee light frappuccino with sugar free vanilla syrup added. Only 110 calories.

Yeah... you are going to get some serious hate for that one.

If it's that small of a drop, it probably won't affect your weight much at all. Low carb is usually 50g or below. Just eat a lot of whole grains and such and keep the junk to a minimum. Definitely log regularly and weigh your food if you aren't good at eyeing portions (which most people aren't). Also, as a former sleep…

I second this. Listen to "Sick Like Me" by In This Moment and see if that's what it is.

Eh, just cut calories. Cutting out carbs can help some people lose weight because it's easier to stop gorging yourself on chips, cake, and other tasty junk. Your goal, however, should be a lifestyle change. The last thing you want is to lose a ton of weight on a low carb diet and gain it all back again when you start to…

I'm going to eat so much that I won't be able to decide if I'd rather puke or take a nap.

Honestly, it doesn't really matter WHY you donate, it just matters that you do. A lot of places will pay for you to donate platelets just to get people in. Blood is blood and your intention doesn't "taint" it. The fact you are actually donating when so many people are not is great.
-
I gain weight after I donate platelets. Might have to do with the fact they provide unlimited fresh baked cookies during your donation though... :p
-
Oh my, do you have a recipe?
-
Yeah... I second that. Don't punish yourself by fasting after you binge.

I've been boosting my protein by eating cereal with protein (such as Cheerios w/protein), string cheese, and protein shakes.

I have quite a lot of experience with acid reflux unfortunately. I have a hiatal hernia which is the main cause of it. One of the huge triggers for me are cooked tomatoes (sauces are a big one). I think it's the acid that does it. For now, I would avoid anything acidic or spicy. Have you tried Prilosec? You have to keep…

With that much fruit it probably comes out as quickly as it goes in.

I only eat free range cage free humans.

"People have been known to eat each other so another animal spiced, sauced, salted, crumbed, fried, sauteed, steamed, boiled, poached, baked, grilled is not a stretch at all." Seems legit.

Don't you mean freedom fries?

Not sure if anyone else said this but to make a PB&J even better drizzle honey over the peanut butter. Mmmmm.
