Yeah. Apparently I was also only a geek because it's "cool for girls to be geeks now." What's funny is I actually work in IT. When I told him that he's like, "Oh yeah? What programming languages do you know?" *facepalm*

I had a guy join, add me as a friend, make fun of me for having a "pig nose" (which I wasn't embarrassed about until now), and then make fun of me for being fat. Apparently he just joined to harass women. He would find women with physical flaws and after adding them as a friend, harassed them about it.

I had to go on a juice fast in order to get a colonoscopy. If I had to say which was better, it would be the colonoscopy.

It was pretty good. It was a little too squishy though and I think it might have been the veggie meat I used. I recommend you use the frozen kind like Morningstar and not the kind that comes from a tube.

How often do you do yoga? I try to do 2 hours a week but I'm not sure if that's enough to see changes.

I think with any exercise, the bigger you are, the more calories you will burn with any activity. I just did yoga yesterday and my heart rate was through the roof and I was dripping sweat (it was vinyasa yoga as mentioned by the previous post). Of course I'm top heavy which makes it 50x harder to have to hold myself up…

Chewable multivitamins. Take a separate one for Vitamin D too. They taste like candy so they are good for those pesky sugar cravings. :)

You can add it the same way you added your profile pic. Or upload it to Imgur and post the link here. OP, I'd recommend you measure your thighs right now, stop spinning for a month or so, and then remeasure. That should prove it was water retention.

Yeah, this is usually what triggers it. For me it was excessive stress and I'd turn to food for comfort.

Yes! This is a great idea. Mix sparkling water or diet sprite with a bit of juice. My favorite is orange juice and a splash of grenadine. The grenadine obviously kills the healthy aspect of it though. :wink:
