Oh, and don't fast.

Remember, bodies are weird. I worked out and counted calories HARD for two weeks and didn't lose a pound. I got mad and ended up eating an entire pizza and lost 3 pounds the next day. Just keep doing what you are doing and things will catch up.

Mmm... fennel. Every year at Thanksgiving I use fennel instead of celery in my stuffing. Stuffing is a year-round food!

Seriously! Put a trigger warning on this post!

Ha, same thing happened to me. It's surprising how little effect being vegetarian has on reducing calories. Especially when you did the "fast food 6 days a week" diet like I did.

Try buying things in packages so you do not have to serve your own portion. For example, 100 calorie packs of cookies or a single ice cream bar. Also, for things that come in larger bags, sort things out ahead of time. Grab a bag, measure you food, fill it up, and label it with the calories it contains. You might be a…

Find a physical activity that you enjoy! It doesn't have to be boring. Go for a nice walk, play a sport, swim, dance, etc. If you can, find a buddy that you can exercise with together.

Tastes good AND scares away the vampires!

I'm concerned when you say you don't have energy throughout the day. Are you eating enough?
-
Sounds kind of like a cereal. "Try the new and improved Satan Crystals! Part of a balanced breakfast".
-
Yeah, this is right. The only reason you need to worry about eating food "too late" is if you have a problem with heartburn or GERD.

I just checked out that site. It's like the entire site is nothing but clickbait.

I asked for extra olives one time and they looked at me like I just murdered a baby. Then they gave me three more olives. THANKS.
-
I'd eat at McDonald's just because Subway is a ripoff. 3 olives on my sandwich, really?

I'm scared to add avocado to a smoothie. Do you taste it at all? I love them as a savory food but not sure about sweet...

Older and more refined. Especially in the Book of Eli. Alright back to the topic. Yeah Don Francisco coffee is pretty great. I like it better than Starbucks which a lot of people seem downright offended by. lol It doesn't burn my stomach and also doesn't have that bitter taste that a lot of coffee has.
-
Yep. Seriously though, I like Don Francisco. Might just be a California product, I don't know. I do know that it's doesn't upset my stomach and the vanilla hazelnut is amazing. Plus I'm not a fan of spending a ton of money on coffee.

It depends on how you get your teeth removed. If you are lucky like me, they can just be yanked out and you can eat solid food pretty quickly after that. If you have to have them extracted, it will take you longer to heal and you have to eat very soft foods for awhile. I'd ask your dentist about this honestly. I went to…

Look at the women in your family. Chances are you'll have the same body type as them.

"I think the word you're looking for is sexy."

Just remember, take it easy and don't hold back on your favorite foods. Just eat less of them. If you want a junk meal, eat it! Just be good the next day.

Another user posted a great recipe recently. Microwave a sweet potato and put a mashed banana with cinnamon in it.
-
Me neither. Although I'm kinda dense with that stuff so maybe I'm missing something.
-
I had oatmeal this morning! Try changing it up a little and add a spoonful of peanut butter and some sliced bananas. Or even grits. Mmmm...

Why 3 months? Make it 5 or 6 and it might happen.

My diet really varies a lot. I might have donuts for breakfast and tofu stir fry for dinner. The goal is to balance them out. If I were you though, I'd bump up your calories a bit. Maybe to 1500 or so.

*le gasp* Italian soda WITHOUT half and half? BLASPHEMY!
