Sure. As long as it's not one of those huge calorie loaded shakes that will ruin your macros, drink up.

Everything about that carrot makes me uncomfortable.
-
^ Flagged for staring at me. Didn't yo mama tell you it's RUDE?
-
Or amputate something. It's usually a bit easier.

I think you mean 2 pounds a week. MFP does a pretty good job estimating that stuff as long as you specify your lifestyle correctly (sedentary, active, etc.)
-
The exercises you actually do. ;)
-
I added this recipe to my dinner menu tonight!
-
Microwaved sweet potatoes aren't half bad actually. It's good for us lazy people that don't want to heat up the entire oven for one potato. lol
-
Not without chopping off a few limbs first.
-
Oh, and you buy hemp seeds like I did, make sure to hull them BEFORE putting them into a smoothie. :stuck_out_tongue:
-
I saw a commercial about Pillsbury biscuits and literally went out JUST to buy biscuits. I'm the type of person commercials are made for.
-
Oh you scared me. I thought you meant you were 5'5 and 40 pounds. lol Welcome.
-
I had a guy ask me how big my boobs are so I got that going for me which is nice.

I'm someone that genuinely sucks at reading people's feelings and emotions. The first place to start is asking him why he thinks your upset. If he's anything like me, he could be misinterpreting something you did as you being angry. However, Liftng4Lis's answer is good too. lol

How many servings is the 105 calories?
-
Buahaha. I like you.

Oh! Something very important to add. If you are allergic to dairy and have to cut it out of your diet, TAKE CALCIUM PILLS. I say this because I ended up fracturing a rib when I was 15 because I didn't get the calcium I needed. That and my school forced me to carry a 22 pound backpack...
-
Yeah, already flagged.
-
Neat! I want to commend you for giving yourself a nice achievable deadline. We see a lot of "ERMAHGERD. I have ONE WEEK to lose 10 pounds to fit in my bikini! What juice fast can I go on to do this???" lol
-
You know, it's interesting. I was dairy intolerant (couldn't even eat lactose free stuff) from age 12-15 until I grew out of it. I would imagine that if you can grow out of allergies you can grow into them as well. I don't think the amount of dairy you eat is causing you to be sensitive to it though. Are you eating really…

Are you going on a vacation there?
-
That's awesome! I've known a lot of people that have addictions so I know they are a tough thing to get over. Getting fit should be easy peasy compared to that.
-
You know you are overdoing it when your urine has more vitamins in it than you do. lol
-
You are fine. It's the weight training. There was three months where I strongly focused on weight training and only lost 5 pounds in 3 months. However, when I got measured I had lost 11 inches. You are doing everything right. The scale will catch up eventually.
-
So... you up for having random strangers over for dinner? LOL
-
Of course! Each one of us has had our own struggles with weight loss so we understand how it feels. Just today I decided that an apple fritter would make a great morning snack. lol I'll just make up for it by having a nice healthy dinner.
-
Ah. Well then there's the problem! There's nothing you "shouldn't" eat. Just make sure to eat that food in a reasonable portion. No need to beat yourself up because you decided to have a piece of cake at lunch.

I heard somewhere that when you start a low carb diet, you initially get tired because your body was used to using those carbs to fuel you. Eventually your body will become used to it as long as you are getting enough protein. It could be total broscience for all I know.
-
Sorry I'm confused. Are you having trouble losing weight?
-
I took all of your advice and made a smoothie with strawberries, spinach, bananas, protein powder, blueberries, and hemp seeds (I couldn't find chia seeds). I'd love even more suggestions!
