If you're losing weight by eating fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meat, whole grains and a minimum of processed foods, I think you're on the right track. Good luck in your progress.

I have that issue as well. My first step was to determine where the stress was coming from and my dr. encouraged me to take a sleep test to make sure I was actually getting the right amount and kind of sleep.
