  • Hello, Sent you a friend request. I'm on all the time. I have 3 kids and trying to get back to about the weight I was before I had my kids which was about 110-115 lbs.   • Take your time building back up. Don't push yourself to hard. You will get to the point where you won't feel like your going to die. Congrats on the new baby :)
  • I know it's so hard trying to find the time to workout. I'm a single mother of 3 kids. I usually get up early and workout or when they all go to bed ( but usually that doesn't happen because i'm to tired). But there are gyms that have day cares if you can afford it and the YMCA also has childcare. That's what I usually…
