I have my calories set at 1200, but I use MFP combined with Fitbit, so I typically have an extra 400-500 calories added by Fitbit to my goal. I tend to eat 1400-1600 per day and am losing. :)

Thanks so much guys! This one is the Panache Sports bra. I love it so much! Until I bought this bra from bravissimo.com, I thought running was impossible. :D It really made such a difference in my fitness...I have three now and still want more!

Thank you for posting this! I also have the Aria scale, and I weigh in every day. I just signed up for the TrendWeight site you suggested, and it's awesome to see the trended loss plus seeing the extra stats is great!

Mine is usually around 400 to 500 calories. Some days are larger if I don't have time for breakfast, once in a while smaller if I know I'm going to eat a large dinner.

I love my food scale. I'm a recent convert. My favourite thing is that when weighing cereal versus measuring it, I actually get to have a lot more volume. Bonus!

I weigh-in every day using the Aria wireless scale. Even if I have gained from the day before, I don't worry. I just look at my trend graphs and focus on doing what I can to make it trend downwards. :) If it stresses you out to see the fluctuations, weekly might work better for you.

I have the Fitbit Flex. I've worn it every day since the end of January (no missed days), and I'm so motivated to get moving when I wear it. I really love the charts and stats. I bought the Aria scale as well and weigh in every day to keep my tracking honest.

I try to log breakfast and lunch before I leave for work since I usually pack and bring my lunch to work. I like to know how much I've eaten before prepping and serving dinner. When I snack, I log before or during. Sometimes it makes me change my mind or my portion when I see the damage, haha.

A month ago, I was struggling with running 3 minutes straight, but this morning I did 8 minutes straight. Attempting 9 minutes straight on Tuesday! :)

I also buy loose leaf teas from Teavana and David's Tea. My favourite tea right now is Sakura Allure from Teavana; I pour the hot steeped tea over ice for a delicious iced tea. No additional sugar is necessary. :heart:
