Hi everyone. :) I'm two months post-partum. Pre-pregnancy weight: 135 lbs End of Pregnancy Weight: 184 lbs Current Weight: 157.5 lbs. I'm most looking forward to getting back into my original wardrobe!

I think it's genetics more than anything. I'm 5'1, and I haven't noticed my arms much larger or smaller than the average person's arms. However, my calves seem huge in comparison to everyone else (can't squeeze into most boots, and even after losing 35lbs they haven't gone down much in size. :pensive: ) These kind of…

If I buy a 1L carton of chocolate milk, I end up drinking the whole thing in pretty much one 24 hour period. :( I just tell myself, "one more small glass," then it's gone. I have stopped buying it. If I make banana bread, it's almost impossible to resist a second slice or third slice...

I saw that fitbit is advertising an early 2015 launch date at the moment. I'd have loved to get this sooner, but I'd rather wait for it to be perfected instead of rushed. Don't want a recall this time around!

That's my line of thinking as well. It seems comparable with other price points on the market.

This used to happen to me when I ran hard on long runs (16+ km sessions) when not hydrating properly or taking in easy-to-digest food. I make sure I hydrate a lot the day before and day of, plus I started taking GU energy gels every 45 minutes during long cardio sessions. I haven't had a problem since. If I have a protein…

P.S. Please let it be true. :disappointed_relieved:

I just came back in from a run. :) Currently training for my first half-marathon on the 19th! Not so secret that I am totally in love with running. I'm so glad I finally found an exercise that works for me.

I usually eat the same food as my husband during meals, just my portions are smaller and weighed/measured specifically while he can eat pretty much as much as he wants without worrying about portion size. I use a salad plate and my husband uses a dinner plate. I love having a full plate, so using the salad plate just makes…

I weigh in every day because I have a wi-if scale and I love having a really clear picture of fluctuations. I tend not to look at the charts on MFP, but instead sync it with TrendWeight.com to see the trends over time instead of the exact daily measurements.

I usually pack up whatever leftovers I had for dinner to bring to work for lunch. My lunch tomorrow is a salmon fillet, macaroni&quinoa&cheese casserole, and a side creamy poppyseed spinach salad. If I don't have enough for leftovers, I tend to make a deli sandwich on brown bread. Kind of boring, but I usually have the…

I ran my longest distance ever today, 20km. :) A year ago, I wasn't physically capable of running 1 minute straight.

I increased from a 1200 calorie net diet to a 1400 calorie net diet. I found the 1200 restrictive, but the 1400 is not so bad. I always use some of my delicious, delicious exercise calories. :)

I weigh myself on the Aria wifi scale daily. I don't stress about the gains and losses, but just watch the trends. (I use trendweight.com which syncs with my MFP data.) Super interesting, Hopefully I don't annoy my friends list too much on here since it auto syncs daily.

I never thought about heating them. I'll have to give that a try! I love strawberry cheesecake and raspberry white chocolate. Yum!

My highest weight was 166lbs, and my lowest weight was 123lbs. I'm currently hovering at 138lbs, but I'm way healthier and stronger than I ever was when my weight was in the 120s. It's neat. My goal weight is 130lbs. Less than 10lbs to go, whoohoo!.

I got 17 of them, so a perfectly healthy relationship to running. :) I'm currently training for a half-marathon (16KM run under my belt today!).

Born and currently living in Oshawa, Ontario. I lived in Pickering and North Bay for a few years of my life as well.

Moisture-wicking seamless hipster cut undies work great for me. Most of my running gear has weird seams so I can't imagine going without and being comfortable.

Panache sports bra from bravissimo's site is my favourite. I have four in my rotation now - the best support ever.

I'm 5'1. SW 165lbs, 44-34-41 CW: 142lbs 40-32-39 4 inches off my chest so far. :D Maybe button-up shirts can be in my future some day...

I got serious about tracking in MFP after buying my Flex, so to me, it's been an invaluable tool for my weight loss. I couldn't sustain the 1200 calorie net diet logging exercise alone, but the Flex helped me realize how many extra calories I was earning in my day-to-day activity. I got serious about MFP and Fitbit at the…

I'm 5'1, and I usually eat 1500-1600 per day, as long as I get reach my goal of 10,000 fitbit steps. If I don't get the steps (rare), I try to stick to 1200-1300 but it's hard to keep that low and still have a snack between lunch and breakfast - my elevensies. I run three times a week at least, so I typically get my steps…

I had Taco Bell today, and it applauded me for picking a food high in protein. You have to laugh! I just take the comments with a grain of salt.

I have the Aria and love it. I use it every morning at around 6am to weigh in. I don't concern myself with the daily fluctuations, but I use trendweight.com synced with my data to track the trend over time. I like that it keeps me accountable. With my old scale, if I didn't like the number, I wouldn't log it, haha. It's a…

My fiance never used to exercise together, but recently started. We go to the gym together, but we split up for most of it because our fitness goals are really different. Recently, he has started to join me for my runs outdoors which has actually been really awesome. He's supporting me on my distance goals and he doesn't…

The Burger's Priest is amazing. I didn't have that tonight, but I wish... :) I had a busy evening so I had a bacon cheeseburger from McD's to tide me over until I could get in a real meal.
-
I usually have some kind of cold cereal with yogurt or milk, strawberries or other fruit on top. I'm really into Kashi cereal lately. :)
-
I live on the Panache sports bras. I bought mine from Bravissimo.com, and they go up to H cup. They are so awesome I wear them for my daily bras as well, not just for working out. Fantastic support.

I carry a water bottle with a pocket that holds my health card and pocket change. I had never heard of this road ID, but thinking about it, having something that attaches to your shoe would be excellent - always with you and impossible to forget. (Sometimes I forget my water bottle on short runs, and I'm afraid I'm going…
