Thanks everyone for your advice, and from what you are saying you are probably right, it's just more evident now. I am in calorie deficit, I eat around 1200-1500 a day on a high protein diet. And by 'girly' what I mean is that my calves aren't dissimilar to my rugby playing ex boyfriends... I like muscle just to clarify!

It's not a little bit of muscle, it's a lot of muscle, I just don't look very girly. It's not the end of the world but if I had a choice I would have less.
