Well, blew it today, but my best friend's father passed away today. We got together and talked...had two glasses, toasting Wally, vs. the bottle or two we would have had. Back at it tomorrow.

I have had many OMG moments...did you know that a patty melt with FF at Red Robin is over 1200 calories? I didn't until after I had eaten 2/3 of it. Yikes!! What's done, is done. Oh, ignore what I wrote previously. Went and looked a little more. Go the Exercise Diary tab. You can input reps, weight, etc., there when you create a new exercise.

I'm not sure, but are you just going to the exercise tab? There is also a My Exercise tab where you can create your exercise. Hope this is what you are looking for.

I agree. I don't think I have reached the 10 level at all. I think that may be why I am not losing weight like I think I should be. It's a difficult, and ongoing process.
