Ask yourself why you keep going over. I have to keep alcohol and salt out of my diet or my cravings get the best of me. Small meals, don't drink any calories and go to bed early! As soon as you calories are up for the day brush your teeth and get to bed asap.

After a hard first week your body will start to give up the love and cravings and it will be easier. Once you start counting the calories on the food you love, love, love you will see how much they didn't love you back. Guilt of cheating is very powerful once you have to log it in to the food diary.
