The same thing happened to me! Except I went up a two cup sizes I was a 44 C and after I lost 50 lbs I was a 42 DD (in Lane Bryant bras). Wow congrats! I know it feels better knowing that you can see the results in your clothing.

I do my workouts at lunch (walking mostly) around 11 AM or 12 PM (depends on the weather and my schedule) and I also do a short walk after dinner (around 7 PM) to wind myself down before going to bed. I am working on doing weight lifting in the AM if I can but I am having a hard time getting out of bed in the mornings!

I keep my water bottle next to me at work, and I think what makes it easier is we have a machine that dispenses slushy type ice (I fill my bottle with as much ice as possible) and I put filtered water. Now, if I do get bored I use the Crystal Light liquid flavor enhancers every now and then.

Thank you for saying this! I am finding myself becoming that calorie obsessed person and I need to cool it. I don't want this attempt to end up like all of the others where I'm fixated on every calorie I burn. I haven't started weight lifting yet, but this is something I definitely want to start.

I am going through a similar issue. I try to do my full 30-40 minutes on my lunch break when the weather isn't so hot. However, if it gets too hot what I like to do is break up my walks into two 15 minute sessions.
