Is their something she wants? I wanted a fish tank when I was in school and my parents made me work for it grade wise. I had to make honor roll and keep my grades up for my tank. Then when I got a good report card I got a new fish or decoration. It was my motivation, and it worked very well. Some people its clothes, or…

The best advice I can give you is to stop trying. She has to come to that realization on her own. Just keep doing things the healthy way and set the best example you can for her. Give it time and hopefully she will come to you for advice once she sees how well you're doing. :flowerforyou:

My shorts always rode up, even in high school when I was at my smallest (5'4" ~ 115lbs) and running track. I wear conpression shorts under my shorts. Hopefully you can find some that work for you, but don't beat your self up if you can't. I'll definately be watching this to see the recomendations.

And don't weigh you self every day. I started with once a month and it was nice seeing the weight drop 2-3 lbs, now I weigh in once a week and it…

Most days its soup. Its quick to grab in the morning and if you are careful with what you grab most are healthy. I like the progresso soups, alot of them are less then 200cal for the can. Then I take snacks, like carot sticks, an apple or granola bar cause I will get hungry again before I get off.

I upped mine from 1290 to 1540 last week and dropped 2 lbs after not losing for 3 months. I also upped my work out intensity, so that probably helped too. Its all trial and error, what works for some people might not work for you, but it has worked well for me. I'm taking it slow and trying to be realistic with my weight…

I never liked to drink water, now its practically the only thing I do drink. I got a cup that kinda looks like a clear take out cup and I keep it at my desk and sip all day. I started trying to drink 2 at work and now its like 3 or 4 at work and usually at least one more when I get home. I'll also add Mio or Totally Light…
