Try adding peanut butter, nuts and cheese. Eat full fat yogurt instead of light. I had to increase my calories to keep losing, and it helped. If increasing the amought of food is hard just try and find things that are higher in calories.

If its just to cook your eggs invest in a good no stick coated pan. I've been able to stop using pam or butter all together.

I love sweets! Lately I've been hooked on Quaker Chewy granola bars the low fat ones are only 90 calories. The oatmeal rasin tastes like a cookie.

Try using a cup with a straw. I keep one at my desk all day and most days I end up drinking 75 to 100oz of water. Just stick with it, it'll get easier as your body adjusts.

For a mexican flavor I use cumin, chili powder, and cayanne. I also like to add some fresh garlic. I say go for it! If you can find a job and make a living doing something that you enjoy so much, the rest will work it self out. Just keep little reminders of your fitness goals around to help keep you on track. If working in a bakery is what you realy want, go for it! :wink:

This ^^^ IMO the health benefits for you and your baby will be worth the delayed weight loss, if its is delayed at all. I know moms who gained weight after the weaned. Each body is different. Good Luck! :smile:

I use stevia or splenda, the other things like aspertame triger my migranes, so I love splenda. I get organic stevia at Trader Joes, it comes in a bottle like a spice bottle with a little scoop in it, one scoop is more then enough for my coffee and the bottle lasts a long time. I did this when my weight loss stalled, I changed my setting from 1lb a week to 1/2 and did that for 2 months. My weight went up at first (but this was over the holidays); but i sterted losing again and went back to my 1lb a week setting. Its definately worth a try. I also sit behind a desk 8 hours a day. I got a pedometer to see how much I was actually walking and some days I wasn't even getting to 2,000 steps. That was definately an eye opener. I need to more more during the day or all the diet changes in the world won't help me be healthy.

Do you have a grill? If not this might be a good time to invest in one with a side burner. I use my grill more then my oven when it comes to my meat. You can even do veggies in foil packets on the grill.
