I think you are supposed to do 2 days but you can do up to 3 and on maintenance you do one.

I don't add any exercise to MFP. I don't want added calories. I eat what I am allowed and thats it. But I know that a lot of people log it as circuit training (I think). If you all have FB - join the group 30 Day Shredders. Lots of motivation and help there.

I think the OP is saying it adds calories automatically. I use an iPhone and MFP is adding calories without me even putting in exercise. Kinda like its a pedometer because it will say "steps taken" and add calories. I too would like to disable this because every time I go in to add my food there are extra calories.
