I drink mine black, but I didn't always. I slowly cut back and eventually learned to enjoy it black. If you use sugar and half and half now, slowly cut back on the amount of sugar until you're done to none. Then do the same with the half and half. If you do it slowly, it should work. I never would have thought I'd like…

When I take my kids to McDonalds I usually get the grilled chicken classic sandwich. With or without the mayo, it's still decent in terms of calories. I think just over 300 without mayo and a bit over 350 with.

Thank you! This is all great advice! I will continue to do the strength training once a week for now, and probably skip it the week before the 5K. The race I'm doing at the beginning of May is very hilly so maybe the strength training will help with my ability to get up those hills at the end!

I'm going to try this again. I thought the weather would cooperate in February, but it didn't. It has to clear up in March, right? Put me down for 20 miles in March, please. I'll start running this week, as soon as the ice melts off the sidewalks...

I completely failed in January. I just couldn't face the cold weather so did other things beside running. But I'm in for February because it has to get warmer, right??? Put me down for 20 miles in February. I need to get back into it and hopefully can increase in future months.

I usually get fajitas and then just eat one of the tortillas. I eat the rest of the meat and veggies without tortillas. And I don't add cheese since there's plenty of flavor without it. I do usually splurge on the guacamole though!

Jumping in a bit late, but I'd like to get out and run some this month so I'll go with 20 miles.
