I believe you will be fine. Chips aren't that bad, its not like you ate 25 cheese cakes. If you feel real bad then go take a walk or swim and work the calories off. I say Thank you for the lesson. I wish you were here to help my daughter understand her classes in biology and algebra. we virtual school so she stays home. It is hard to get her to comprehend those two classes. I think it is fabulous when a person points out such things :)

Yes, I just started going through it, I am 50. Hot flashes and bloatness, some months I get the menses some months I don't. Sometimes I get dizzy. I will be glad when it is over with and gone for good.

I eat clean and organic and it is more expensive. I spend probably close to 400 or 500 a month on food, I need to find a way to cut that down cause I can't afford it. Once the farmer's market comes back with the organic produce or I can successfully grow my own the amount will go down some.

I have food allergies so there is not much choice for me, but I eat this for breakfast. 5 ounces of Stonyfield Organic Low Fat French Vanilla yogurt and I put raisins on it and a teaspoon of chopped walnuts and a teaspoon of local raw honey. It is really good and gets me going to take my walk.
