  • I'm kind of new to this whole getting healthy/diet thing so sorry if I seem a little oblivious. I've been doing some research on my own, but there is just so much it can be overwhelming.   • I went to the Dr. recently and they said that I do not have anemia but I do have a vitamin D deficiency which I have recently started taking supplements for.
