My favourite cookbooks are still Jamie Oliver's books, Nigel Slater's Tender vol 1 & 2 and Plenty by Yottam Ottolenghi. I have to adapt their recipes to fit in with my new lifestyle though. I also find a lot of inspiration on food blogs, the BBC's Good Food website and Pinterest!

It tracks mileage really accurately and can give you an aerial view of the route you took, alone with your pace on the various sections of the route.

I use Nike+ on my iPhone too - it works really well, even with weak satellite coverage. The calories burned are very similar to the calorie estimates given by MFP and you can track your progress e.g. number of runs, total distance covered, average speed etc. I find it to be a great motivator - just looking at the total…

Has anyone tried a lower fat homemade Mac 'n Cheese? I found one at http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/252622/the-ultimate-makeover-macaroni-cheese and it looks good! Being on a healthier eating plan doesn't mean you have to go without - you just have to get creative!
